The University of Utah is proud to serve both scientific and coordination roles within the Characterization of Most Promising Sequestration Formations in the Rocky Mountain Region (also known as the Rocky Mountain Carbon Capture and Sequestration - RMCCS) team. The University of Utah is leading efforts associated with numerical model simulation analysis, facilitating evaluation of CO2 injection and migration forecasting, capacity estimation, risk assessment, and visualization of geophysical data.
